White, Blush & Peach Sip n'See

We had our first daughter’s baby shower just 1.5 years before, so we didn’t want to have a similar format. All the baby gear that one could need (and then some) hadn’t even had a chance to collect a spec of dust yet. That said, we wanted to celebrate our new baby and, after a difficult surgery and painful recovery, it was easier to have Sabine meet all of my friends at the same time, as opposed to staggered visits here and there. I also can’t resist a party.

With 2 under 2 and recovering from a pretty rough c-section, we did it potluck style and as usual, our guests did not disappoint. I hired my favourite local bakery to do the cake. Florals were taken care of by Rook and Rose out of Victoria.
